We have made all reasonable efforts to ensure that the copyright(s) of the authors of the publications are respected. However, if you have a question or complaint about a publication in the Radboud Repository, please contact the University Library via Ask Your Librarian.

All complaints about the content of the Radboud Repository are handled in accordance with the Notice & Takedown procedure as developed by SURF. The essence is as follows:

  1. In case the University Library receives a notification by an author, publisher or other stakeholder that a publication is wrongly included as an Open Access publication in the Radboud Repository, stating the reasons why, an investigation will be started to determine whether it is a legitimate complaint. The publication concerned will - as a preliminary measure and pending the outcome of the investigation- be embargoed in the Radboud Repository within two working days.
  2. The University Library shall promptly notify all parties involved of the (preliminary) embargo on the publication.
