Microscopy experiments have been uploaded as three different .lif (zipped) projects:
(1) DOPE_FISH_3salinities_replicates, (2) Alexa350Methano_RedNile_0% and (3) Alexa350Methano_RedNile_1.5%
(1) Refers to the DOPE-FISH performed on unfiltered fixated samples targeting 'Ca. Methanoperedens' (double probe) and flanking bacterial community (general probe mix) at three different salinities (in %): 0,1.5 and 3.
(2) and (3) include PHA staining (Red Nile) combined with 'Ca. Methanoperedens'-specific Alexa350 probe at two different salinities 0% (2) and 1.5% (3).
