beat gestureAbstract
This is a 2AFC task examining how the co-varying f0 and intensity cues to lexical stress influences the perceived gestural timing. We chose a disyllabic word as the stimuli, and created nine visual timing steps between pitch peaks of the two syllable. Listeners were required to press the left or right key on the keyboard to indicated on which syllable they perceived the beat apex. This collection archives all raw data.
