      Abstract
Methylotrophs isolated from various environmental sources, such as Plantago lanceolata, Taraxacum officiale, Sphagnum cuspidatum, Trifolium repens and a human thumb. After selective cultivation on methanol colonies were isolated and sequenced with short (Miseq) and long reads (MinIon). After assembly with Unicycler, (near) complete genomes were analysed for educational purposes.
