Abstract
Observation: data on teaching behaviour a questioning, evaluation, acceptation by means of verbal interaction analysis system ( VIA ) and ability to give information by means of self-developed scheme / study tests / anxiety scales / Dutch version of Parson's Teaching Anxiety Scale, 1973 / the Social Anxiety Scale developed by Willems, Tuender, de Haan and Defares, 1973 / all data are based on pre and post measurements around a training course on interaction analysis.
