Trust as an antidote to the co-parenting conflict in high-conflict divorce relationships

Abstract

This chapter presents an interesting view about trust as a key factor to alleviate co-parenting conflict between divorced parents. In the study presented, in fact, trust was associated with constructive relational behaviors, more forgiveness and appreciation, and less contempt and hostile attribution.
